Eternal Computing understands that as a small business you might not be able to afford a full time IT person to help look after your computer. We are here to offer you the services of a full time IT department at a cheaper cost. This is because we understand that having your computer or till down for a few hours could be a few hours or lost income.

For this reason we currently have two packages to choose from:

12 month plan - This covers all computers within your company with any issue’s that you may incur. for a full list of features please see below

3 month plan - This covers all computers within your company with any issue’s that you may incur. for a full list of features please see below

Basic Features:

Hardware - we will take a look at the hardware in your current computers and keep backup parts. This means that if you ever have a failure with these parts we can get your computer back up and running within the hour.

Virus - your package will also come with virus removal

Backups - your package will also cover you for a monthly backup of your system. We can also do weekly upon request but this may cost more

Software support - if you have any issues with your software we promise to get it back up and working
